addressed personally to the traveler
purpose of journey and passport data and travel information
needs to be printed on letterhead and carry the inviting company's seal.
has to be forwarded to the ministry of foreign affairs

Official letter by the German company: addressed to the embassy of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Otto-Suhr-Allee 146, 10585 Berlin; containing the following information:

name of traveler
purpose of journey / the nature of the business
place of residence in the country of destination (address of company or organization)
declaration of cost assumption by the German company/organization

Travelers entering the country to attend business meetings are exempt from the visa requirement for up to 60 days. They must:

Hold a passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended stay
Hold proof of sufficient funds
Hold proof of booked return or onward travel

German citizens require a Business visa for a stay exceeding 61 days.
