Introduction
Visa Support GmbH takes the protection and security of your personal data very seriously and collects, processes, stores and uses your personal data exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) and the Data Protection Act in the Federal Republic of Germany (BDSG).

Our websites are operated by 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The operation of the websites is regulated by a so-called ADV (contract for order data processing) between Visa Support GmbH and 1&1 IONOS SE according to the DSGVO.

Registration on this website
For the use of certain functions, you can register on our website. The transferred data serves exclusively for the purpose of the use of the respective offer or service. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. Required information requested during registration must be given in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.

We store the data collected during the registration for the period you are registered on our website. Your data will be deleted, if you cancel your registration. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Our interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. In no case we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you.
Data transfer at the conclusion of the contract
Personal data will only be transferred to third parties, if there is a need in the context of the contract. Third parties may be, for example, payment service providers or logistics companies in the countries for which you have requested travel documents.
The countries concerned may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in the EU. We will use our best endeavors to ensure that the confidentiality of your personal information when transferring it to the countries concerned. A further transfer of the data does not take place or only happens if you have expressly consented to this. However, if your consent is revoked before provision of the services, we will then be unable to complete the provision of them.
The basis for the data processing is art. p. 6 l. 1 b of EU Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contractual or pre-contractual measures.

Our websites are operated (hosted) on our own servers. These are located in an ISO 27001 certified data center in Germany.
Right for objection
If your personal data based on legitimate interests in accordance with art. if p.6 p.1 l. 1 f of General Data Protection Regulation is processed, you have the right, according to art. 21 of General Data Protection Regulation on objection to the processing of your personal data, if there are reasons for this, which arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct mail.
