Important information:

Invitation letter of the business partner:

Addressed personally to the traveller/s
Both the journey's purpose and the information about passport data and intended travel period must be given
The invitations need to be printed on official correspondence paper and must carry the inviting company's seal

Official letter by the German company:

Addressed to the respective embassy
Name of traveler
Purpose of journey
Place of residence in the country of destination (address of company or organization)
Declaration of cost assumption by the German company/organization

N O C (No Objection Certificate):

The "No Objection Certificate" has to be applied for by the business partner at the local migration office

For this, a well readable photocopy of the traveler's passport needs to be sent to the business partner via fax
Important: the visa has to be applied with the same passport mentioned in the NOC
